Poster Prints

• Printed on an Epson SureColor P600 printer.
• Printed using Epson Ultra Chrome HD Archival Pigment Inks.
• Printed on borderless 8x10 or 11x14 Red River Ultra Pro Satin Paper to fit perfectly in your designated frame.
• Paper Weight: 68lb.
(The quality, color and sharpness of the prints on UltraPro Satin paper coming out of an Epson SureColor P600 is excellent with very rich &  crisp color results)
• Prints on UltraPro Satin will resist fade for 50+ years
• ALL PRINTS ARE SOLD UNFRAMED - some listings may show prints in frames, which are for display purposes only.
The prints are formatted to fit any standard frame with an 8x10 or 11x14  opening. IKEA's 'Ribba' frame is $9.99 and very easy to assemble with my prints or you may find as well a variety of affordable frames in a  Michael's or Homegoods store.

• I will do everything in my power to make sure you are happy with your purchase however if you are unhappy with your products for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your order. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

I don't accept cancellations once product has been shipped.

• For Home Decor Products & Phone Cases:
All items* can be returned or exchanged if the product received is damaged or defected within 7 days of receiving your product. Please contact us, describe your problem or issue plus attach images showing the issues, and I will do my best to resolve it immediately. If a return is agreed then customer is in charge of shipping fees, then once I receive the returned merchandise I will offer a full refund. All items must be returned in “New” unused condition with original packaging, to generate a refund.

• For Graphic Design Services: 

All graphic design work comes 3 rounds of revisions on your chosen concept *for each additional round of revisions after three, the cost will be $20 (1-2 Business day turn around for each revision) The job is not  considered completed until the buyer is completely satisfied with the work. In the event that a design cannot be completed, 30% of the  purchase price will be refunded. The remaining 70% is compensation for  the design work and the final set of proofs.

**Please be sure your shipping address is correct before checking out. Seller is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. If these items are returned to us, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
 

• Home Decor Products have an estimate of 7-10 days of production time  and then please allow 10-14 business days for delivery within the US,  3-4 weeks for delivery internationally (selected destinations).
 

• Prints have a turnaround time of approximately 1-3 business days before shipping.
• I ship through the US Post Office (M-F and often on Saturdays, but not  always). Most domestic packages arrive in 3 - 5 days after I send them out.
• Prints are shipped in well protected packaging in rigid white  envelopes with print being protected by a crystal clear bag with  chipboard pads for protection so poster doesn't bend.
 

• Phone cases have an estimate of 3-5 days of production time and then please allow 7-10 business days for delivery within the US (but usually sooner), 3-5 weeks for delivery internationally.
 

*SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE USA
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
- Please note that delivery times vary hugely due to customs! Parcels typically take 2-5 weeks to most locations. Unfortunately, there's no way to be absolute. Please be patient with international orders.
- Tracking for countries outside of the US is only available to select countries.
 

***Shipping cost includes delivery confirmation (US only & some international countries). For expedited shipping please message me  BEFORE purchasing the item so I can adjust the shipping costs. Also, if you would like insurance with your item please message me before purchase so the costs can be adjusted***

You may use item(s) purchased for personal or small business use, but do not re-sell or use for commercial/mass-produced products.
 

Originality: I affirm that my Artwork Designs are original and that I  own the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted  do not conflict any other agreement.
 

Right to Modify/Alterations (MESSAGE TO CUSTOMERS): I understand that I  have no right to alter the Final Artwork Design in any way except to  change its size for printing or digital display. If I desire any  alterations I will consult Pamela Gallegos first, and she will be  allowed the first option to make alterations when possible and I do  understand that she will require additional payment to make these  alterations.
